Job Description:
• Manage and maintain web applications, servers, and related infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and performance.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Internet Information Services (IIS) for web application hosting.
• Administer SQL Server databases, including backups, performance optimization, and data integrity.
• Coordinate and execute website deployments, ensuring minimal downtime and proper version control.
• Collaborate with vendors, business users, and internal teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and address issues.
• Prepare accurate and comprehensive business requirements documents, detailing functionality, features, and technical specifications.
• Implement security measures and best practices to safeguard web applications and data.
• Provide technical support and training to internal team as needed.
