Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective social media advertising strategies to drive brand awareness, increase engagement, and generate leads
- Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitor activities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align ad campaigns with overall marketing objectives
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports on key metrics and insights
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in social media advertising
- Manage ad budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI
- Collaborate with graphic designers and copywriters to create compelling ad creatives
- Ensure compliance with advertising guidelines and regulations
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or Ads Specialist
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their advertising capabilities
- Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and ad management platforms (e. g. , Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative ad campaigns
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred
