Who are we looking for?
We are seeking an experienced information systems engineer to join our dynamic team in Rabat in order to help us for report building, object and user management, and general system admin duties.
The ideal candidate must have 2 to 4 years of experience in supporting Salesforce, NetSuite, HubSpot platform for a medium to large enterprise, must be a good communicator and a proactive problem solver.
The mission :
By joining Digimind, you will have the opportunity to work on a developing platform which will include Salesforce CRM, Hubspot, NetSuite, helping to deliver real business change. The role will be a mixture of user support and training, incident triage and small change requests, CRM product ownership, and contribution to the wider CRM development programme.
The role holder will be responsible for the following:
User management and support query inbox management;
Role and permission management;
Service disruption and issue handling;
Process support;
Data support and management;
Incident triage and small change requests;
User training;
Report building;
New/changing process : documentation, communications and process forums;
System administration;
Object management;
Workflow management;
Automation management;
Third party app integration management;
Reporting on CRM support SLAs;
System stability and availability reporting;
Salesforce release management and deployment;
CRM development programme tasks for future market/acquisition deployments. E.g.:
Mapping & pre-deployment activity
Process/business analysis
Stakeholder and change management.
