Position Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for streamlining and controlling the co-packing & POSM production & sampling/brand activation plans with the 3 rd parties externally and CTDs internally. Coordinate and ensure proper implementation across the above 4 pillars. The ideal candidate should be results focused, insightful, service oriented, and proactive.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
Co-packing:
– Ensure all local manipulated promos PT forms are submitted on time and as per the SOP & full responsibility of the copacker performance /KPIs to ensure excellence in manipulation. – – Create request for P-code creation
– Coordinate with Demand planner to ensure promo planning accuracy
– Ensure that all planned promotions are being completed accordingly and aligned with all stakeholders.
– Analyze stock coverage to ensure that production plans are covering the extra demand. Manage consumption of any of the components, when there are any discrepancies, and coordinate to ensure a solution is found. Gather & report POC performance needs and competitor information/feedback.
Sampling/ Brand activation:
– Ensuring adherence to Sampling & Events SOP
– Ensure all Activities calends by category are received and executed according to the brand direction & Ensure that the budgets agreed with the CDTs OPC are adhere to, PR/PO creation, responsible for selecting, briefing, training and coaching the promoters on the designated activities and evaluate performance.
– Responsible to supervise the implementation of the sampling activity and to evaluate and provide monthly feedback on the implementation to the CDTs. Prepare a consolidated report & SOs after each activity.
– Handling all household visit, bloggers and brands emborders communication.
POSM:
– Consolidate IDP M-1 and ensure alignment with CTDs OPC local plan and sales support
– Responsible to ensure adherence to the rate card (preferred suppliers).POINT group where applicable.
– Ensure that the POSM/stands requested are implemented as per the implementation plan with NO waste.
– Follow-up on consumption on POSM according to plan and update all stakeholders to ensure the proper utilization and minimize wastage/ including the POSM WH inventory Execution of all related P2 P End to End processes and ensure that POINT model is being followed with the saving% agreed as per the contract, to track the CA & CR at the OPC level.
