Job Title: Jr. IT Engineer (Jr. Solutions Architect)
We are looking for fresh graduates who are interested in creative and innovative Solutions Architect to join our outstanding team. Roles and responsibilities:
Play a role in designing IT solutions to solve customer problems.
Support implementation team during solution implementation.
Cooperate with HR team to design technical training plan.
Assist in preparing the IT solution costings, liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Participate in presales support to customers, so they understand the benefits of our solutions.
Expected to be the technical reference on Alwadi IT products and solutions relevant to the allocated category.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related field required.
Basic technical IT background and passion for solution development.
Ability to translate technical ideas/designs to multiple audiences, including Executives.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team.
