Key Result Responsibilities
•tHandles and maintains the “Stores” stock level for the daily demanded items and routine jobs, this includes tool boxes and kits, spare parts, wheels, batteries, oils, etc..
•tEnsures all items and components are available in place and on time to execute maintenance planned and un-planned tasks and to secure the availability and safe release of aircrafts.
•tCarries out daily checks and inspections in storage areas to ensure correct storage conditions are maintained such as Temperature and Humidity Control, safety and health conditions, risk hazards,
•tDevelop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and cut operations costs
•tRespond to sales inquiries and purchase orders; collect and analyze data to determine appropriate order quantities; process orders for shipment
•tReview operations schedules and production requirements to ensure timely order fulfillment
•tTrack rates of accuracy, purchase and return as well as defective items to inform quality control decisions
