Job Description:
As an ORM Assistant, you will be responsible for monitoring, managing, andenhancing the online reputation of our company and our clients. You will assistin creating strategies to improve brand image, handle negative feedbackprofessionally, and maintain a positive digital presence across variousplatforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze online reviews, comments, and mentions on social media, blogs, forums, and other digital platforms.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance and protect the online reputation of our company and clients.
Respond to customer reviews and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create content that supports positive reputation management.
Identify potential reputation risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Track and report on ORM metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Online Reputation Management (ORM) or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
